On Sunday the 8th, actress and TV personality Kyle Richards and fashion designer Shahida Clayton of Shahida Parides debuted their new fashion brand collab Kyle and Shahida on the runway at Pier59 Studios. Now, we all thought that Kyle’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmates may attend the show and sit front row in support of their friend. But SURPRISE SURPRISE!! All five ladies, Erika Girardi, Teddi Mellencamp, Denise Richards, Dorit Kemsley and Lisa Rinna, along with Kyle’s two daughters Sophia and Alexia and family friend Faye Resnick, strutted their stuff on the catwalk. 90’s supermodel Patricia Hartmann, DJ and “Pizza Girl” Caroline D’Amore, transgender model and Pose cast member Dominique Silver, androgynous model and NY nightlife personality Kyle Farmery and Canadian singer Caroline Neron also walked in the show! EPIC!
As per the press release: Kyle and Shahida is a women’s contemporary ready-to-wear brand consisting of resort wear, separates, jumpsuits, rompers, dresses and red carpet/evening looks. The first collection of Kyle and Shahida is deeply inspired by nature and wildlife, and they incorporated that theme into their custom printed fabrics- tropical plants, florals, sea shells, fish, butterflies, exotic birds and animals of the Serengeti.
The presentation was “See-Now-Buy-Now”, and on September 9th, the SHOP section of the brand’s website, www.Kyle-Shahida.com, went live and the collection is now available for pre-order purchase, with a three week turn around for delivery. So, no waiting until the Spring to snag those looks, hot off the runway fashionistas!!
