Craft Beer fans unite!
Join us Thursday, February 6th at 6pm in The Front Yard for our first Brewer’s Dinner. Head Brewers Michael Key and Eddie Leal will walk you through a six-course menu of items that pair perfectly with our new Ellis Island beers. Tickets include the six-course menu as well as beer sampling for each course, and a souvenir glass.
- Mexican Light Beer + Elote bites with roasted corn and poblano
- Rauchbier + Smoked salmon carpaccio with an avocado salsa
- Belgian Tripel + Belgian beer cheese soup
- Pilsner + Spicy mussels with sausage
- California Common + Braised short ribs on a creamy polenta
- Coffee Stout + Smoked bourbon ice cream with pralines and a caramel stout reduction
