The long wait to dine out, have a handcrafted cocktail to go with an incredible atmosphere is finally over. Slowly restaurants are beginning to open up and allow diners to sit down and experience that restaurant experience that has sorely been lacking for the past two months. There is no better venues than to get things going than with the re-opening of a few Clique Hospitality offerings.

Andy Masi’s Clique Hospitality is set to re-open three of its restaurants on Tuesday May 26th, 2020. Hearthstone Kitchen located in Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, Borracha Mexican Cantina and Bottiglia Cucina Enoteca located at Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino.

Hearthstone Kitchen, which originally opened in the Fall 2014 will continue to delight locals and visitors alike with its rustic-American dining options utilizing simple, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. Bottiglia was introduced Spring 2016 alongside Borracha Mexican Cantina providing Las Vegas everything you would want from a classic Italian restaurant along with a modern, fun and vibrant experience. Borracha will continue to offer its diverse menu with both conventional and unconventional Mexican cuisine while implementing new safety practices in place at all three Clique Hospitality properties, in conjunction with Station Casinos’ safety and health protocols (see below) recently announced including team members required to undergo FDA-authorized COVID-19 testing prior to returning to work, and tested at regular intervals thereafter.

After a two-month closure following the coronavirus pandemic, Masi’s team is proactively setting up all necessary protocols according to state guidelines to ensure the best possible level of service as well as the health and safety of the Las Vegas community as it is top priority. Dining rooms will operate at a reduced capacity, with tables set up according to social distancing standards. Each location will require a reservation for all guests dining-in, available by calling the restaurant or directly through the website.

Other protocols include the frequent and timed sanitization of contact surfaces of the entire venue, as well as hand washing, glove & mask wearing and changing. Temperature and wellness checks for every employee will be mandatory before each shift. Updated protocols from host stand to bar, also include, providing disposable and digital menus with a QR code to be viewed on diners’ mobile devices. All safety practices are being updated as the guest’s well-being and experience are paramount.

About Clique Hospitality
Clique Hospitality, founded by Andy Masi, is a collaboration of talented food and beverage professionals who have helped shape the dining and nightlife landscape of Las Vegas since 2001. Masi has dedicated his life to making guests feel that a simple night out was more than just a memory, but also an experience. Clique is a boutique hospitality and marketing company with operations in Las Vegas, NV, San Diego, CA and Delray Beach, FL. Clique specializes in upscale, approachable dining that sets trends, rather than following them. In its partnerships with many of the country’s most prestigious hospitality corporations, including MGM Resorts International, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, Pendry Hotels, Montage Resorts, and Red Rock Resorts, Clique is transcending hospitality through service, quality, and trendsetting design.

Station Casinos LLC (the “Company”) announced today extensive new health and safety standards and protocols, as it prepares to reopen its properties when permitted by governmental authorities.  As the Company prepares to reopen, the number one priority has been, and will continue to be, the health and wellbeing of its team members, guests and the entire Las Vegas community.

To that end, and working closely with outside medical experts, the Company has enhanced its already high health and cleanliness standards and protocols for all of its properties moving forward. The Company is committed to providing the most safe and secure environment possible for both its team members and guests. Highlights of the new standards and protocols include:

  • All team members will be required to undergo FDA-Authorized COVID-19 testing prior to returning to work and will be tested at regular intervals thereafter.
  • State-of-the-art thermal scanners will be installed at all guest and team member entrances at all resort properties.
  • All team members will be required to wear PPE consistent with health authority guidelines and masks will be available to guests upon entering the property.
  • Touch-free hand sanitizing stations will be installed throughout the property.
  • Enhanced cleaning technologies, such as electrostatic sprayers and hospital-grade disinfectants, will be utilized throughout the property.
  • The visibility and frequency of cleaning will be significantly increased throughout the public and non-public areas of the property.
  • And all team members will receive rigorous training on the Company’s new health and cleanliness standards and protocols.

Importantly, these new standards and protocols will meet or exceed the highest standards set by federal, state and local authorities and will be adapted as circumstances require. To view a copy of the plan, please click here to download the PDF.

“When our guests walk through our reopened doors, we want them to know that their health and safety is our first priority,” said Station Casinos President Richard J. Haskins. “At the same time, we also want our team members to know that these changes will help safeguard their health as well, whether interacting with guests or each other.”

As previously announced, the Company will be reopening its properties in phases.  First to reopen will be its Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch, Santa Fe Station, Boulder Station, Palace Station and Sunset Station properties, together with its Wildfire division properties, when permitted to do so by governmental authorities. The Company will assess the performance of those first-to-reopen properties before reopening its Palms, Texas Station, Fiesta Henderson and Fiesta Rancho properties.
