If you live in Los Angeles you’re more than familiar with Fogo de Chao! The primed restaurant recently released its Fall menu and its everything you could dream of!
Located on restaurant row in Beverly Hills near Wilshire, Fogo de Chao is one if those restaurants that just does it right! The Fogo de Chao experience is truly a culinary experience inspired by its Southern Brazil roots. The establishment brings guests seasonal salads, irresistibly fresh vegetables, imported meats and cheeses, artisan breads and more.
Just in time for the new season, Fogo has introduced new menu items using fresh seasonal ingredients, such as Butternut Kale and Pear & Endive Salads, as well as a Butternut & Sweet Potato Soup. All of these delicious new items are available as part of the Full Churrasco Experience and pair perfectly with all the fire-roasted meats carved tableside by Fogo’s incredible gaucho chefs, including the new New York Strip. Although this is tough, try not to stock up too much because this is just the start of the experience.
The Butternut & Sweet Potato Soup is perfect for Fall! Surprisingly it’s gluten free, vegan AND delicious! So much so, that I even went back for seconds! Minimal hints of cinnamon is what makes this a Fall-favorite! The Pear & Endive Salad is one not to miss as well!
The goodies don’t stop there! Side dishes such as: crisp polenta logs, wet mashed potatoes and sticky-good plantains will be placed for the table.
There is a variety of meats that will be served tableside by a steady stream of servers. Delectable meats such as: filet mignon, bacon wrapped filet, bacon wrapped chicken, lamb, garlic steak and much more. To accompany your meats there will be delicious house-made sauces such as: chimichurri, BBQ, and hot sauce.
Fogo de Chao is a MUST! Each and every time they deliver exceptional service and a true culinary journey.
